Job Description
- Design and implement automation solutions for various production processes.
- Develop and program PLC systems to control and monitor production equipment.
- Integrate automation systems with existing manufacturing infrastructure.
- Perform regular maintenance and updates on PLC and automation systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with control systems to minimize production downtime.
- Ensure all systems operate efficiently and effectively.
- Analyze production processes and identify opportunities for automation improvements.
- Implement changes to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance product quality.
- Utilize data from automation systems to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Work closely with production, maintenance, and engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of automation systems.
- Bachelor s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of automation technologies, sensors, actuators, and control systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong understanding of safety standards and regulations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with advanced manufacturing technologies and Industry 4.0 solutions.
