Job Title: Finishing Supervisor

Location: Juinagar, Raheja District Site

Job Summary: We are looking for a meticulous and experienced Finishing Supervisor to oversee the finishing stages of construction at our Raheja District site in Juinagar. The ideal candidate will ensure that all finishing activities are completed to the highest standards of quality and within the project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage all finishing activities on-site, including plastering, painting, flooring, and carpentry.
• Ensure adherence to project plans, specifications, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor and report on the progress and quality of finishing works.
• Resolve any on-site issues or conflicts promptly.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Maintain accurate records of materials, labor, and equipment usage.

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field / Any Graduate.
• Proven experience as a Finishing Supervisor in construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of finishing processes, materials, and quality standards.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
