Senior Facade Engineer

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Facade Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of experience in the real estate industry with a strong expertise in facade engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage facade engineering projects from concept to completion.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of facade designs.
• Conduct detailed analysis and design of facade systems, including structural and thermal performance.
• Oversee the selection of materials and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and team members.
• Ensure project timelines and budgets are met.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience of 15+ years in facade engineering within the real estate sector.
• Strong knowledge of facade materials, systems, and construction methods.
• Excellent project management and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, etc.).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
