Assistant Manager / Senior Executive - Facade

Responsibilities:

a) Senior Execution person who can lead the supervision, monitoring & coordination for high rise towers façade work in Mumbai.

b) Support with coordination of technical submissions, Shop drawings, site installation, QA /QC system, Safety of installation, monitoring the logistics of the subcontractors.

c) Able to check the material, workmanship of material & installation to the international standards.

d) Develop and maintain the site organization of a small team for façade with ability to identify & give solutions for problems of coordination & integration with other trades & MEP works.

e) coordinate with Consultants, architects for façade works

f) Approvals of materials, works & testing’s as per the specifications & standards.

g) Ability to identify the delays, & give solutions to mitigate the same for timely completion of works.

h) Responsible for studying the submittals like method statements, drawings, etc. & coordinate with concerned agencies for their timely approvals.

i) Program management – Monitor & get the work done as per the schedule submitted by the subcontractor. Identify the bottlenecks.

j) Ability to imitate, deliver & follow-up.

k) Ability to work with team consisting of multi nationality work force.

l) Preparation & submission of periodical Reports
