Senior Manager - MEP (Billing)

Role & responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile

: b- He should have hard core billing exposure with process oriented working.

: c - Knowledge & working experience of Site execution min.4-5 years is essential.

: d -Knowledge & Understanding of Budgeting process,Contracts,purchase is essential.

: e- Exposure at operational level in preparing/handling of sub-contractors bills,client billing required.

: f- Experience of preparing & certification of bills pertain to MEP works pertain to High rise residential structure,commercial premises,Infra works.

: g -Co-ordination with Contractors/vendors,project team,consultants,other stake holder & handling of team is necessary.

: h - Proficiency in operation of SAP,Excel & ERP,autocad essential.

: i- preparing & monitoring MIS report,monthly provision,cost to complete,Budget v/s actual,Rework/Non-tender items/modifications etc.

: j- proficiency in study of design aspect,contract documents,value engineering etc.required.

: k -Should have knowledge of ISO,HSE policy,IS code,latest version of NBC,Testing parameters,std checklist,,std testing parameters.

: L- should have audit capability in detecting discrepancies/anomalies in tendering/contract documents/billing rules/execution stage etc
