Facade Manager

Role & responsibilities :

1. Coordinating with internal design & estimation team, consultant, Architects and site execution.

2. Providing budget inputs to control planning team for Façade works.

3. Understanding & Enforcing quality needs in façade constructions/Installation.

4. Review and comment on the tender documents submitted by Façade consultant.

5. Preparation of techno-commercial bid analysis, making vendors/contractors comparative statements and assist in contract management.

6. Coordinate with project team for civil Front readiness for Façade works.

7. All MS structural work coordination & Estimation and BOQ.

8. Co-ordination with Vendor for achieving targets in Façade installation & completing the project on time as per schedule.

9. Maintaining records of Façade and MS work drawings and work status and to report to CPT head on weekly basis.

10. Coordination with EHS Team for safety requirements and Implementation of Safety requirements to make Façade work Safe.

11. Inspection of contractors material at site as per technical specification, labour strength required for installation and raising RFI at time when deviation observed.

12. Coordination with other interface with Façade ensuring work flows smoothly.

13. Maintain database of various architectural products (such as glass, stone,Aluminium composite panels, various hardware etc.) including their pricing and assisting in preparing unit cost estimate.
