• All raw material stock keeping safe and secure
• It is the duty of stores in charge to keep the proper stock of food items for canteen as well as of Food court.
• Check daily basis stock inward and outward register with VISTA & SAP.
• Make sure all stock in pallets
• Every week consumption check and entry done in SAP.
• Always use LIFO AND FIFO process in cafe store
• Have to prepare daily consumption report.
• Have to be in the contact with food court staff as well as of canteen staff.
• Have to be in contact with various suppliers for prompt & steady delivery of food items.
• Have to negotiate well with the suppliers for discount on material.
• Have to prepare weekly, monthly reports on consumption as well as purchase of food items.
• Stock out situation should not be occurred in any case. it will be sole responsibility of the Stores in charge of any such situation and management may take strict action.
• He also needs to search for other suppliers so that monopoly of any suppliers can be avoided.
• Suggest to management of any new item to be introduce/display in the canteen.
• Inform management about any specific demand of food item by the customers.
• On random checking by the management stock should always get tallied with the reports or else management may take strict action.
• Commission on any kind from the suppliers is strictly avoided any inferior quality material will not be tolerated in any case.
• Sense of owner ship and profitability should always be in the mind.
• Always make sure that image of the organization should not be hampered in any case
