Store Keeper

Role & responsibilities

• Inventory management: Keeping track of inventory, including receiving, unloading, and shelving supplies, and ensuring proper storage
• Record keeping: Maintaining accurate records of inventory, orders, and sales
• Supply management: Preparing specifications, issuing supplies, and replenishing stock
• Safety: Ensuring the safe storage of hazardous materials, and conducting safety inspections
• Store layout: Managing the store layout and organizing shelves and displays
• Staff management: Supervising staff and training new employees
• Store maintenance: Performing periodic maintenance on equipment and infrastructure, and cleaning and sanitizing the store
• Documentation: Ensuring proper documentation for orders and purchases, and generating material received reports
