Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities/ Accountabilities:

• Achieve Adhesive and Sealant product sales targets within the defined region.
• Expand market reach by identifying new distributors.
• Organize promotional meets, product trials, and participate in exhibitions.
• Address and resolve all customer queries about products, pricing, and other commercial matters.
• Oversee and manage the sales team members within the assigned region.

Preferred candidate profile

• Proven experience in specification-driven sales within the construction segment.
• Strong technical knowledge of Glass, UPVC, Aluminum, and Doors/Windows applications.
• Capability to handle large projects and engage with key stakeholders, including architects and specifiers.
• Candidates from good colleges with strong educational backgrounds and fluent English communication skills are preferred.
