Technical Service Executive

LOCATION OPEN - MUMBAI, DELHI, COIMBATORE

Key Responsibilities :

-Conducting Pre-site audits

- Inspecting areas, surface to be waterproofed

- Preparing site audit report

- Recommending products / systems based on surface to be waterproofed in consultation with Sales Manager, Product Manager and Technical head and sharing it with relevant stakeholders

- Co-ordinate with project personnel for timely execution of sampling activities and seek feedback on product quality

- Keeping proper documentation/record of same

On-site audits

- Co-ordinating with sales team to visit to identify on going waterproofing sites

- Inspecting sites for surface preparation, crack treatment, product application as per recommended thickness thus enabling better customer experience

- Training of applicators / contractors / trade partners / sales team thereby creating product awareness and loyalty

Post audits

- Visiting sites post execution to monitor product performance and maintain records of same

- Collecting project completion certificate/references from customers

Business Development

- Maintain connect with top applicators/ contractors

Customer complaints

- Troubleshoot to determine reasons for problems of complaints
