Job Description:

Monitoring

• Doing Concrete & Kicker Level Survey
• Fixing Of Mivan Shutters As Per Drawing
• De-shuttering , Stacking & shifting Properly
• Making Plans For Achieving Cycle time
• Removing wall ties , PVC Cones etc.
• Maintaining Housekeeping in Working Floor
• Check For Damaged Materials & Repairing Of It
• Check For Stopper Removing on Time
• Check for Cut Outs & Sleeves Openings Are Fixed As per Drawing
• Check For Plumb & Line Of Prop length
• After De-shuttering Of Sides The Mivan Bracket, Walkway, Handrailing & Safety net Is Fixed Properly Or Note
• Before Concreting Check For All Wall ties & Pins & Wadges
• Candidate have an experience from High Rise Building with Mivan Shuttering (Compulsory)

Safety

• To implement the safety plan prepared by safety officer at site.
• To ensure all tools and equipment are adequate and safe for use.
• To ensure safety guidelines being followed at work locations including provisions of construction safety manual prepared by Safety officer.
• To ensure all workers are wearing right type of safety gears like helmets, jackets, gloves, etc And maintain record of the same.
• To ensure child labour is not engaged at site
• To facilitate safety audit to be conducted by safety officer.
• To issue work permit to contractors based on undertaking and application submitted by contractor.

Experience in same profile in highrise building construction with mivan shuttering experience & immediate joiners will be highly preferred.
