Job Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented CRM Specialist with a focus on Brokerage Relationship Management in the Real Estate Industry. This role will involve utilizing CRM systems to build, maintain, and optimize relationships with Real Estate Channel Partner and agents ensuring smooth and effective communication and collaboration. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the real estate market, excellent relationship-building skills, and experience with CRM systems to manage and analyze broker data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Brokerage Relationship Management:
    • Cultivate and manage long-term relationships with real estate brokerage firms, agents, and Channel partners to support the firms goals.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for brokers and agents, addressing their concerns, providing support, and maintaining strong business connections.
    • Coordinate regular meetings with brokers to understand their needs, provide market insights, and align on strategies for growth.
  • CRM Strategy and Execution:
    • Track broker and client interactions, manage data, and identify opportunities for improvement.
    • Develop and execute CRM strategies tailored to real estate brokers to enhance collaboration, communication, and performance.
    • Ensure that the CRM system is effectively used to track leads, property listings, and client transactions, providing brokers with the necessary tools to manage their pipeline.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting:
    • Analyze CRM data, including broker performance, sales trends, and lead conversion rates, to provide insights and recommendations for improving relationships and sales performance.
    • Generate regular reports on CRM metrics to assess the effectiveness of strategies and identify areas for growth within brokerage relationships.
  • Collaboration and Coordination:
    • Work closely with the marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure CRM strategies align with the company objectives and the needs of real estate brokers.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the on boarding experience for new brokers and agents, ensuring they are effectively integrated into the CRM system.
  • Process Improvement and Training:
    • Continuously review CRM processes and workflows to optimize the user experience for brokers and agents.
    • Train brokers and internal staff on CRM systems, tools, and best practices to ensure the CRM is used effectively to drive performance and sales.
  • Customer Insights and Retention:
    • Use CRM data to gain insights into broker behavior, preferences, and pain points, and develop strategies to increase broker loyalty and retention.
    • Track and analyze customer interactions to ensure high levels of satisfaction and engagement from both brokers and clients.
  • Market and Industry Knowledge:
    • Stay informed on real estate industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to better assist brokers and support their success.
    • Offer proactive solutions and market insights to brokers to help them optimize their listings, marketing efforts, and client interactions.

Preferred candidate profile

1. Minimum of 6+ years of experience in a CRM role within the real estate industry, with a strong focus on brokerage relationship management.

2. Proven track record of successfully managing relationships with real estate brokers, agents, or partners.

3. Ability to navigate and adapt CRM systems to meet the unique needs of the real estate industry and individual brokerage needs.

4. Experience in Farvision Software is must.
