Hiring Customer Relationship Manager ( Factory)

As a CRM Manager, Candidate will be responsible for managing customer relationships, resolving issues, and ensuring timely delivery of products. You will work closely with the sales, production, and logistics teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.

Job Type: Full-time ( 8.30 am -5 pm) ( Monday- Saturday)

Responsibilities:

- Manage customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback via phone, email, and in-person

- Resolve customer issues promptly, ensuring timely delivery and quality of products

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, and distributors

- Collaborate with sales teams to identify customer needs and preferences

- Analyze customer data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement

- Implement customer retention strategies to increase loyalty and repeat business

- Ensure accurate and timely communication with customers regarding order status, delivery, and product information

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions

Requirements:

- 10+ years of experience in CRM, customer service, or sales in the furniture industry

- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines

- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
