Role : Executive Housekeeper
Department : Housekeeping
Reporting to : General Manager
Experience : 15 years plus
Location : Noida

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
Participates in the development and implementation ofbusiness strategies for the hotel which are aligned with Radisson s overallmission, vision values and strategies
Develops and implements strategies forhousekeeping
Monitors status regularly and adjusts strategiesas appropriate
Manages the operation of the housekeeping, public space andlaundry areas; ensures that the rooms and public space areas are spotless andcontinually restocked and straightened
Develops and implements processes, proceduresand standards for assigned departments which support achievement of service andfinancial goals
Prepares annual budget; monitors achievement ofbudget and takes corrective steps as appropriate
Inspects rooms, public space and back-of-thehouse areas continually
Determines appropriate staffing levels forforecasted business and schedules employees accordingly
Develops and implements process for providingemployees with customer service, technical and safety training on an ongoingbasis
Ensures health/safety of employees and guests bymaintaining hotel in accordance to statutes and regulations and directs andtrains staff accordingly
Oversees inventory, purchasing, disbursement andcost control for all linens, cleaning supplies, customer room and restroomsupplies, laundry supplies, etc.
Manages operation of (and/or outsourcedrelationship with) laundry
Monitors assigned departments with compliance tosafety standards
Coordinates room availability with the FrontOffice Manager
Coordinates room maintenance with Chief Engineer
Develops and implements strategies and practices whichsupport employee engagement
Recruits and selects qualified candidates
Provides employees with the orientation andtraining needed to understand expectations and perform job responsibilities
Communicates performance expectations andprovides employees with on-going feedback
Provides employees with coaching and counselingas needed to achieve performance objectives and their fullest potential
Creates 100% guest satisfaction by providing the Yes I Can!experience through performance that demonstrates the standards of, genuinehospitality and exceeding guest expectations
Gives personal attention, takes personalresponsibility and uses teamwork when providing guest service
Listens, apologizes with empathy, finds asolution and follows through when resolving guest problems
Provides Yes I Can! genuine hospitality and teamworkon an ongoing basis
Assumes the responsibility to notice when theguest is not satisfied and uses their best judgment as to when it isappropriate to use the 100% Guest Satisfaction
Performs other duties required to provide theservice brand behavior and genuine hospitality
Adheres to hotel policies and procedures
Keeps immediate supervisor promptly and fullyinformed of all problems or unusual matters of significance
Performs all duties and responsibilities in atimely and efficient manner in accordance with established company policies andprocedures to achieve the overall objective of this position
Maintains a favourable working relationship withall other hotel employees to foster and promote a co-operative and harmoniousworking environment
At all times projects a favourable image of theHotel to the public
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 15 years of experience in Housekeepingmanagement
Bachelor degree preferred in Hotel Management
Able to collaborate effectively with other hotelemployees and managers to ensure teamwork
Ability to speak and read English
Strong mathematical skills
Strong organizational skills
