The role is far more than just handing out towels, in the Leisure department we are committed not only to ensure that facilities are as they should be but striving to deliver a hospitality experience that is beyond expectation - creating memorable moments for our guests.

Key Responsibilities of the Lifeguard:

Takes complete responsibility forhygiene, cleanliness and safety in the area and equipment of operation to meethotel standards.

Performs duties of a life guard atthe swimming pool/administers massages to guests/manages the reception desk atthe Health Club or Swimming Pool /assists equipment.

Provides helpful, friendly, promptpersonalized service to guests.

Ensures effective utilization ofresources under his/her control.

Provides prompt and courteousservice to all guests.

Shares his/her skillswith al the departmental employees

Requirements of the Lifeguard:-
-Experience in leisure beneficial but not essential
-Hands-on approach with a can-do work style
-Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service with a passion for the hospitality industry
-Ability to find creative solutions taking ownership for duties and tasks assigned
-Personal integrity, with the ability to work in an environment that demands excellence
-Experience of working with IT systems on various platforms
-Strong communication skills
