Job Title: US IT Recruiter

Location: Andheri West, Mumbai (Work from Office)

Shift timing: 6.30 PM IST - 3.30 AM IST

Job Description:

• 2-4 years of experience as a US IT recruiter.
• In-depth understanding of and hands-on experience in the end-to-end US staffing process.
• Must be comfortable working in EST shifts.
• Must have worked with Direct Clients
• Must be comfortable with the client interaction.
• Experience in recruiting US citizens and Green Card holders.
• Familiarity with different US tax terms is required (1099/W2).
• Proficient with job boards, postings, and sourcing skills via LinkedIn, Ceipal, etc.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
