Position Overview :
The individual will work closely with the CEO, playing a critical role in supporting, managing, and coordinating high-impact strategic projects, initiatives, and day-to-day business operations. This role is designed for a detail-oriented and analytical professional with a strategic mindset, adept at fostering cross-departmental collaboration, ensuring timely project execution, and contributing to top-level decision-making. The role demands strong organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills, alongside an ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost professionalism.
Role & responsibilities
Operational Support
- Assist the CEO in managing daily operations, ensuring optimal use of their time & resources
- Attend internal and external meetings to capture action items, prioritize and lead key discussion points, and ensure the execution and completion of critical tasks
Strategic Project Management & Execution
- Serve as a project manager for CEO-assigned initiatives, managing daily responsibilities, operations, and ensuring smooth execution
- Organize and prioritize critical issues, projects, and information to facilitate efficient decision- making.
Stakeholder Management & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with cross-functional teams to identify, refine, and streamline workflows, enhancing operational efficiency.
- Drive improvements in delivery processes, service quality, and project profitability.
- Build and maintain effective relationships across all departments, influencing outcomes and fostering strong partnership
Growth Initiatives:
- Spearhead initiatives aimed at scaling business operations and achieving growth targets
- Monitor market trends and the competitive landscape to uncover opportunities for business expansion.
Executive Communications & Reporting:
- Provide actionable insights based on data analysis, supporting executive decision-making with clear, data-driven recommendations
- Track, evaluate, and report on the progress of initiatives, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve targets.
- Draft executive-level materials and presentations, maintaining a high standard of clarity and professionalism.
Preferred candidate profile:
- B.Tech/BE & MBA from a reputable institution (premium institute preferred)
- Excellent leadership, managerial, organizational, and communication skills
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities, with experience in program management or consulting
- Demonstrated ability to work with senior executives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office; Excel, PowerPoint, Word
- Ability to manage multiple projects while ensuring deadlines
- Strategic mindset with a proactive, results-oriented approach
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
