Analyst - Office of MD - Real Estate Operations Vertical (4-8 yrs)

The Analyst will support the Managing Director in managing, analyzing, and driving key real estate operations.

The role involves providing strategic insights, preparing detailed reports, conducting research, and ensuring seamless execution of initiatives. The candidate will act as a key enabler, bridging operational tasks with strategic goals, and driving overall efficiency. The purpose of the role is to enhance the MD's effectiveness, supporting decision-making, and driving project execution within the Real Estate division.

Key Responsibilities :

- Assist in developing and implementing strategic initiatives in line with the objectives of the Real Estate Operations vertical.

- Provide insights and recommendations through data analysis and market research.

- Assist in the development and execution of the Real Estate strategy, identifying market opportunities, trends, and areas for growth.

- Conduct in-depth financial modelling, performance analysis, and forecasting for real estate projects.

- Monitor key performance metrics and create dashboards for effective decision-making.

- Conduct research on market trends, regulatory updates, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and risks.

- Track progress of ongoing real estate projects, identify bottlenecks, and propose actionable solutions.

- Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and documents for internal and external meetings.

- Ensure adherence to compliance, governance, and risk management guidelines in all processes.

- Support the MD in aligning operations with organizational goals.

- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications on behalf of the MD, ensuring consistent messaging and timely responses.
