Job Description
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to penetrate and capture market share.
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis of potential customers to understand their business needs, challenges, and opportunities; create persuasive sales proposals.
- Conduct in-person meetings with potential enterprises and deliver compelling sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase our capabilities and experience.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key enterprise clients. Work closely with the team to provide tailored solutions to address the specific needs of each enterprise customer.
- Lead negotiations for enterprise-level contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for both the client and the company in terms of pricing and SLAs.
- Work closely with operations and accounts teams for seamless implementation and delivery of services.
- Bachelor s degree and a minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience in the E-commerce ecosystem.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage and influence senior-level executives.
- Strategic thinker with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to travel as required to meet with customers and attend industry events.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools to manage leads, track activities, and generate reports.
- Experience in a highly analytical, results-oriented environment with external customer interaction.
- Proven analytical skills and demonstrated ability to manage the business by the numbers.
- Entrepreneurial drive and ability to achieve stretched goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment.
- Experienced in marketing and data analytics.
