Job Description:
The Talent Acquisition Executive is responsible for developing and delivering QuestionPro's talent acquisition goals (Both Tech & Non-Tech Hiring) in the most effective and efficient manner. You will work with hiring managers to deliver the end-to-end talent acquisition process including the job posting, vacancies, screening & shortlisting, and assessment & selection.
Desired Skills and Experience:
What does it take to be successful in this role?
● Good in Aptitude & result oriented
● Graduate in any stream, Management Preferred
● Should have knowledge of recruitment process
● Internship experience in Talent acquisition (Preferred)
● Fluent in both, written & spoken English.
Role and Responsibilities:
● Source potential candidates through job portal, social media & college campuses
● Coordination of Interview line ups, feedback, and follow-ups
● Carry outsourcing, selecting, and scheduling procedures, including screening calls,
assessments and in-person interviews
● Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details
● Maintain a healthy candidate experience
● Familiarity with job portals, social media, resume databases, and professional networks
● Maintaining Data in the required formats and ability to maintain confidentiality.
