We are seeking a skilled AI Developer to design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures using PyTorch and LLaMA models.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in LLM fine-tuning, vector search, and optimization techniques to enhance retrieval-based AI applications.

Requirements :

- Strong experience in AI/ML development with a focus on retrieval-augmented architectures.

- Hands-on experience with LLaMA models or other transformer-based architectures.

- Expertise in PyTorch and deep learning optimization techniques.

- Proficiency in retrieval systems, vector databases, and indexing strategies.

- Experience with distributed training and inference optimizations.

- Strong software engineering skills and best practices in AI model deployment.

- Passion for working on cutting-edge AI research and building real-world applications.

- Research experience in RAG, LLM fine-tuning, and retrieval-based AI.

- Knowledge of multi-modal RAG architectures (text, image, speech).

- Experience optimizing inference with quantization and model distillation.

Technical Qualifications : Bachelors in Engineering / Masters in Engineering / Bachelors in Science and equivalent.
