Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Gen AI Engineer with expertise in content management, data architecture, and AI technologies.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing content structures, optimizing data retrieval for AI models, and building scalable AI-driven solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of AI technologies into business processes.

Key Responsibilities :

- Content Management & Data Architecture

- Design and implement content structures that enhance usability and retrieval of data for LLMs (Large Language Models) and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems.

- Develop and maintain a robust data architecture that supports efficient content retrieval and generation.

- Ensure that content is properly formatted, tagged, and enriched with metadata for AI consumption.

AI & Cloud Solutions Development :

- Apply AI/ML frameworks and libraries to optimize data management and content processing.

- Implement Azure Cloud solutions for scalable AI deployments.

- Leverage content management systems (CMS) and data management tools to enhance AI-driven automation.

- Ensure compliance with global content standards and regional data regulations.

Problem-Solving & Agile Collaboration :

- Proactively identify and resolve challenges in AI model integration and data processing.

- Work with Agile methodologies (SCRUM), ensuring timely delivery of AI-driven solutions.

- Collaborate with JIRA, Confluence, Bitbucket, Azure Repos, and other version control systems.

- Maintain strong debugging and troubleshooting capabilities for AI and cloud-based applications.

CI/CD & DevOps Integration :

- Implement CI/CD techniques and tools such as Azure Pipeline to streamline AI model deployment.

- Work with version control systems (Git, BitBucket, Azure Repo) for efficient code management.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 7+ years of experience in AI, content management, and data architecture.

- Proven experience in designing content structures and data retrieval strategies for LLMs and RAG systems.

- Strong knowledge of Azure Cloud solutions and AI/ML frameworks.

- Hands-on experience with content management systems (CMS) and data management tools.

- Proficiency in object-oriented design, data structures, design patterns, and algorithm design.

- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Agile methodologies, and DevOps practices.
