Job Description :

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior AI Developer with deep expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP), Large Language Models (LLM), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and Python to join our AI team.

In this role, you will develop and optimize AI-driven solutions to address complex business challenges, working closely with data scientists, ML engineers, and cross-functional teams to deliver state-of-the-art applications.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and Implement NLP Solutions : Design, build, and optimize NLP models for various applications, including language understanding, question-answering, and sentiment analysis.

- Large Language Model (LLM) Applications: Apply and fine-tune large language models, optimizing them for performance, accuracy, and scalability in real-world scenarios.

- Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) : Implement RAG-based systems to enhance model performance by integrating external knowledge sources.

- Python Programming and Model Development : Develop and maintain high-quality code in Python, with a focus on performance, scalability, and code readability.

- Research and Experimentation : Stay updated with the latest advancements in NLP, LLMs, and RAG; experiment with novel techniques to improve AI capabilities.

- Model Deployment and Integration : Work with engineering teams to deploy and integrate models into production environments, ensuring reliability and robustness.

- Data Management : Collaborate with data teams to manage and preprocess large datasets, optimize data pipelines, and ensure data quality for AI models.

- Mentorship and Collaboration : Provide guidance to junior developers, participate in code reviews, and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Qualifications :

- Experience : 6+ years in AI/ML development, with a focus on NLP and large language models.

Technical Skills :

- Strong expertise in Python and relevant NLP/ML libraries (e.g, Hugging Face, spaCy, NLTK, or similar).

- Hands-on experience with LLMs (GPT, BERT, etc.) and techniques for fine-tuning and optimizing language models.

- Proficiency in Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and related technologies.

- Machine Learning Knowledge : Solid understanding of deep learning frameworks (e.g, TensorFlow, PyTorch) and experience with model training, tuning, and optimization.

- Problem-Solving and Research Skills : Ability to tackle complex technical challenges, conduct research, and implement innovative solutions.

- Communication : Strong written and verbal communication skills for collaborative work with team members and stakeholders.

Nice-to-Have :

- Familiarity with cloud-based machine learning services (AWS SageMaker, GCP AI Platform).

- Experience with MLOps practices and tools for model deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management.

- Background in working with vector databases and knowledge bases.
