Identity & Access Management Engineer - SailPoint Platform (7-8 yrs)

Dear All,

We are hiring for Identity & Access Management(SailPoint Identity Now) for Bangalore location.

- Bachelor's degree in information technology or related field.

- 7+ years in Information Technology.

- Hands-on experience with SailPoint Identity Now implementation and administration.

- Strong understanding of IAM concepts, including RBAC, ABAC, JIT provisioning, Lifecycle State, Aggregation, Access Review, Access request.

- Experience with SailPoint Identity Now connectors, provisioning policies, and workflows.

- Experience in integrating IAM solutions with HR systems (Workday, SAP, Oracle HCM).

- Development of workflows, rules, and custom connectors in SailPoint Identity Now.

- Should have good understanding on SailPoint compliance and LCM modules.

- Should be able to integrate enterprise or in-house developed applications with SailPoint Identity Now.

- On-boarding Applications into SailPoint Identity Now based on different connectors.

- Integration of Identity Management system with at least one authoritative source is desirable.

- Integrate SailPoint Identity Now with enterprise applications using APIs, SCIM, and custom connectors.

- Programming languages : Java or PowerShell & SQL, Computer networking, OS fundamentals (Windows/UNIX/Linux)

- Knowledge of Active Directory, Azure AD, LDAP, SAML, OAuth, and SCIM.

- Familiarity with REST APIs and microservices architecture for IAM integrations.

- Good scripting and coding knowledge.

- Curiosity to learn new technologies.

- Strong communication skills to articulate technically complex issues to non-IAM teams.

- Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
