We are hiring : AI/ML- Lead

Required Skills and Qualifications :

Experience :

- 6-10 years of experience in Data Science, AI, and Machine Learning.

- Proficiency in Python, R, or other relevant programming languages.

- Expertise in LLM fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and vector databases.

- Experience with frameworks like LangChain, Hugging Face Transformers, or similar tools.

- Strong knowledge of retrieval systems and knowledge bases for RAG pipelines.

- Hands-on experience in deploying models in cloud environments like AWS, GCP, or Azure.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the development and deployment of AI and machine learning models.

- Fine-tune large language models (LLMs) and work with prompt engineering techniques to optimize performance.

- Design, implement, and maintain retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines.

- Build and manage knowledge bases and retrieval systems to support RAG workflows.

- Work with frameworks like LangChain, Hugging Face Transformers, and other relevant tools to build scalable AI solutions.

- Deploy models on cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure and ensure their operational efficiency.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into AI-driven solutions
