Quess Corp. is seeking an experienced and highly skilled individual to lead Investor Relations (IR) functions for one of our business vertical. This pivotal role will involve driving the organization's M&A strategy, managing all investor relations activities, and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders including investors, analysts, and financial communities. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in corporate finance, strategic deal-making, and public communication, ensuring both M&A and investor relations functions align with the company's long-term growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Investor Relations (IR) :
- Develop and implement an investor relations strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives and enhances shareholder value.
- Serve as the primary liaison between the company and its investors, analysts, and the financial community.
- Organize and manage investor meetings, quarterly earnings calls, investor conferences, and roadshows.
- Prepare and present detailed financial and strategic updates to investors, ensuring transparency and consistency in messaging.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key institutional and retail investors, analysts, and potential investors.
- Monitor and analyze shareholder sentiment, stock performance, and investor feedback to inform management's communication strategy.
- Manage the production of the company's annual reports, investor presentations, and other communication materials.
Leadership & Strategic Guidance:
- Work closely with the C-suite and the board to formulate strategic goals, identify growth opportunities, and provide insight into market trends.
- Lead a team of professionals, providing mentorship, training, and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, corporate governance standards, and disclosure regulations.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- MBA, CFA, or CA degree is preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in M&A, corporate finance, corporate Strategy, or a related field, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience leading M&A transactions, including negotiation, due diligence, and post-acquisition integration.
- Strong background in investor relations, including managing relationships with institutional investors, analysts, and the financial media.
- Experience working closely with C-suite executives and the board of directors.
Skills:
- Expertise in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and deal structuring.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Deep understanding of financial markets, capital structures, and investor behavior.
- Ability to think strategically and execute tactically, balancing short-term goals with long-term vision.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in financial software, Excel, and PowerPoint.
