Quantsapp - Senior Relationship Manager - Equity & Derivatives (3-5 yrs)

About the role:

- We are actively seeking enthusiastic go-getters to join the business team at Quantsapp.

- In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring, developing and retaining HNI client relationships across our product offering (Options analytical app and Mutual Funds platform).

What you will work on:.

- You will engage with our paid and HNI application users virtually, serve as the primary point of contact and will be responsible for nurturing client relationships through continuous client engagements, risk profiling and providing them customized solutions as per their requirements.

- Your key focus would be on getting your clients to renew their subscription plans with us by understanding their trading requirements and aligning them with our tool offering.

- Engage actively with clients to execute trades that align with their equity investment strategies.

- Provide real-time market insights, keeping clients informed of key market developments.

- Help clients in their onboarding process and offer superior service by ensuring a quick turnaround time for all customer queries.

- Cross sell mutual funds, learning programmes to the existing clients, ensuring clients maximize the value of our offerings.

- Be responsible for the delivery of sales targets monthly.
