Job Summary:


We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Telecaller to join our sales team. As a Sales Telecaller, you will be responsible for generating leads, making outbound calls to potential customers, promoting our products/services, and closing sales. You should be comfortable with direct sales tactics, providing excellent customer service, and working towards achieving sales targets.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead Generation:
  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads.
  • Identify and qualify new sales opportunities.
  • Promote and explain the features and benefits of our products/services.
  • Provide product recommendations based on customer needs.
  • Convince prospects to make a purchase or schedule further discussions.
  • Follow up on leads and inquiries to close sales.
  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Report daily activities, feedback, and progress on sales goals to the Sales Manager.

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Sales, Marketing, or related fields are a plus.

  • Experience: Prior experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.

  • Skills:
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
  • Team player with a positive attitude.
