We are seeking an IFA Relationship Manager to build and maintain strong relationships with Independent Financial Advisors (IFAs) while driving sales and promoting our AMC products.
The ideal candidate will provide expert advice, ensure distributor satisfaction, and actively work to increase product visibility and brand awareness.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage sales for the assigned set of IFAs and meet defined targets.
- Advise distributors on suitable products based on their investor requirements and analyze asset allocation for a customized approach to focused selling.
- Enhance visibility among distributors through regular calls, one-on-one meetings, and dissemination of marketing materials like fact sheets, brochures, and mailers.
- Organize group meetings with distributor RMs and their clients to promote products.
- Ensure distributor satisfaction by addressing queries, providing updates, and resolving issues promptly.
- Build long-term relationships with key and potential distributors to generate repeat business.
- Gather market intelligence to counter competition effectively and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Create brand awareness by organizing events, conferences, and product training sessions for distributors.
- Conduct regular training for distributors on products, operational procedures, and regulatory changes.
Skills and Qualifications Required :
- Proven experience in sales or relationship management within the AMC or financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of financial products and distributor requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Ability to analyze market trends and competitor strategies.
- Proactive problem-solving skills to address distributor needs and concerns.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple distributors and activities effectively.
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and operational procedures in the financial services domain
