Job Description
- Shall be responsible for understanding the clients hiring requirements and develop the strategy to close them
- Source, screen and present list of potential candidates with detailed assessment
- Continue to manage the client account and grow the share of revenue
- Maintain and grow professional network, including exploring opportunities to grow business in-organically
Candidate profile
- Good communication skills
- Must have at least 4+ years of IT recruiting experience
- Should have managed E2E process for most technology stacks
- Prior experience in Engineering IT / Embedded technologies will be an added advantage
- Will be adept in leveraging technology and job boards to network and source candidates
- Shall have a good understanding of how to leverage social media to network and source senior profiles for key technology leadership roles
- Good knowledge of the various technology stacks
- Must be willing to work with aggressive revenue and closure targets
- Computer navigation skills need to be excellent
