Program Manager-GTM at Qualys ,Pune

• The Engineering function is responsible for all engineering activities within a firm to ensure that business objectives are met. Includes the creation, development, design and improvement of products, equipment, facilities, services, standards and procedures in all engineering fields. The Project Management area is responsible for leading a team, typically cross-functional teams, to achieve project goals and requirements. Work with project teams and stakeholders to plan, execute, monitor, and control the project. Manage resources, budget, cost, time, quality, risks and other constraints. The Multi-Focus attribute is typically reserved for roles that either: (1) are fully described by their area or function description; or (2) span multiple disciplines, products, or focuses of expertise. This job family is in the professional level category and works independently with flexibility and authority over daily work priorities. Incumbents in this job level category may provide work direction to other employees but would not typically have the authority to discipline or reward other employees. There are different levels available that provide clarity on contribution expectations based on knowledge, application, problem solving, and collaboration.

Responsibilities:

You will be defining, leading, and supporting a wide-range of programs aimed at ensuring excellence in Qualys product lifecycle management and Go-to-Market (GTM) processes. This role will be a pivotal, cross-functional one meant to drive efficiencies, visibility, and enablement across all of Qualys functions to build, market, sell and support Qualys products delivering customer delight and industry leadership.

Requirements:

• Experience of 8 to 10 years as a results-oriented program manager in an enterprise software/technology company defining and driving complex, strategic programs and processes in support of product development and GTM
• Demonstrated experience/ability to lead and drive collaboration across cross-functional leaders and teams to attain optimal business outcomes
• Track record of having enabled cross-functional processes in support of product development (Product Management, Engineering and Release Management) and GTM (Pricing, Sales, Field Enablement, Support, etc.) objectives
• Familiarity/experience with product governance frameworks and processes
• Ability to clearly define and drive programs with appropriate success criteria, timelines, tracking and reporting
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to persuasively present to various levels of the organization
• Highly motivated, self-starter with good organizational skills
• Experience in the Cyber/Information Security industry is highly preferred
