Program Manager - Business Head's Office

Role & responsibilities

1. Collaborate with Business Head to develop and execute strategic initiatives
2. Provide comprehensive executive support to the Business Head, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.
3. Conduct research and prepare presentations and reports summarizing key information and insights to support decision-making.
4. Coordinate with cross-functional teams in the development and implementation of strategic plans and initiatives to drive business growth and operational efficiency.
5. Lead project planning, execution, and performance tracking.
6. Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, tracking progress, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
7. Engage stakeholders and foster strong relationships.
8. Drive continuous improvement and change management efforts.
9. Provide strategic insights and recommendations to Business Head

Preferred candidate profile

• 4-6 years experience in program management role.
• Prior experience in handling B2B Sales Strategy and Operations.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and generate actionable insights.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to effectively plan, prioritize, and execute multiple initiatives.
