Product Management
l Lead the product ideation and redesign of existing and new company technological applications
l Contribute in feature ideation and development, building workflows, UI/UX
l Liason between Internal IT Application teams and external Vendor teams for requirement gathering, preparing BRDs and assist in UAT and field implementation of new developments
1. Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap, aligning with business objectives and market needs.
2. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
3. Gather and prioritize product requirements from stakeholders, customers, and market trends.
4. Collaborate with engineering and design teams to develop product specifications and features.
5. Oversee the product development lifecycle, from concept to launch and post-launch support.
6. Manage product pricing, positioning, and go-to-market strategies.
7. Monitor product performance and customer feedback, driving continuous improvement.
Market Survey and Insights
l Conduct Periodic Market surveys and gather competitor knowledge to be ahead in the industry
l Incorporate Insights and findings into actionable projects and lead them to completion
Data Collection and Analysis:
l Gather, clean, and analyze data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
l Utilize statistical methods to interpret data and provide actionable recommendations.
Reporting and Visualization:
l Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.
l Create data visualizations using tools like ZOHO analytics, Power BI, or similar to present findings to stakeholders.
Project Management:
l Lead and manage data-related projects and technological applications from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
l Coordinate with project teams to ensure data requirements are met and project goals are achieved.
Process Improvement:
l Identify areas for process improvements and efficiencies through data analysis.
l Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven solutions.
∙ Stakeholder Collaboration:
l Coordination with business leaders and teams to understand their data needs and provide insights that drive strategic decisions.
l Communicate findings and recommendations clearly and effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
Technical Skills:
1. Familiarity with software development and engineering principles, Cloud infrastructure setup.
2. Understanding of basic data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau).
Skills required: Business Analysis tools like Zoho analytics, PowerBI for Data visualization with basic knowledge on Python, MySQL required, Product/Project management softwares like MS Projects, Asana, Jira /Confluence
Educational Qualifications:
1. MBA from a reputed institution.
2. Certification in Product Management / Project management is preferred.
3. 5 + years experience
Industry Knowledge:
1. Experience in rolling out IT Projects
2. Field experience in managing Microfinance business / Fintech / Finance.
