HR Line Manager

QCI seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Line Manager to lead and oversee the HR operations within designated divisions. The role requires a skilled HR professional who can align human resources practices with business objectives, foster a positive work environment, and support the professional development of the workforce. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition, and HR compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business heads to align HR practices with the strategic goals of their respective business units.
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or any other issues.
• Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, and procedures across the organization.
• Manage the recruitment and selection process.
• Assessing training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
• Lead and support change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions during organizational changes.
• Report to vertical head and provide decision support through HR metrics.
• Ensure compliance through human resource management.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Masters preferred).
• 5-10 years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years in supervisory or managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of labour laws, HR best practices, employee relations.
• Knowledge of HR systems and databases
• Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
• Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the organization.
