HR Manager

Role Overview:

Robot Components Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of human resources for our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management within the manufacturing sector and possess in-depth knowledge of PF, ESI compliances, and HR generalist functions. This role is critical in ensuring seamless HR operations, compliance, and fostering a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR policies and processes tailored to the manufacturing sector.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes to attract and retain top talent.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, including PF, ESI, labor laws, and other legal requirements.
• Oversee payroll processing, attendance management, and employee records.
• Manage employee relations, address grievances, and resolve conflicts effectively.
• Design and execute performance management systems and appraisal processes.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives to foster a collaborative and productive work culture.
• Implement training and development programs to upskill employees and enhance productivity.
• Monitor and manage disciplinary actions in alignment with company policies and legal standards.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to HR policies and statutory compliance.
• Prepare and submit reports related to HR operations, compliance, and workforce metrics.

Skills and Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of HR practices and policies specific to the manufacturing industry.
• Expertise in handling PF, ESI, and other statutory compliances.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in HR software and MS Office applications.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in HR management, with at least 3 years in the manufacturing sector.
• Demonstrated expertise in statutory compliance and HR generalist functions.
• Familiarity with labor laws and regulations applicable to manufacturing setups.
