HR Manager

Role Overview:
The HR Manager will oversee HR functions, focusing on workforce planning, talent management, and aligning HR strategies with business goals. The candidate must have experience in the logistics industry and expertise in HRBP work allocation.

Key Responsibilities:

1. HR Strategy: Develop and implement HR policies aligned with organizational objectives.
2. Recruitment & Workforce Planning: Manage end-to-end recruitment and workforce planning for logistics operations.
3. HRBP Coordination: Allocate tasks, monitor HRBP performance, and ensure alignment with departmental goals.
4. Employee Relations: Foster a positive workplace culture, address grievances, and maintain compliance.
5. Training & Development: Identify skill gaps and organize relevant training programs.
6. Performance Management: Oversee appraisals and implement performance improvement strategies.
7. Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws and industry-specific regulations.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelors/Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 5+ years of experience, preferably in the logistics sector.
• Strong knowledge of HRBP functions and workforce management.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
