1. Develop HR policies and documents 2. Handle end to end recruitment: JD creation, sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer letters. 3. Manage onboarding, documentation, and induction 4. Track attendance, manage leaves, and prepare payroll data.°Bachelor’s or Masters degree in HR or related field. 5-8 years of HR management experience (healthcare experience preferred).
