Hr Assistant

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the Human Resources function in managing recruitment, payroll, employee engagement, and grievance handling. This role involves collaborating with teams at both our Head Office (HO) and manufacturing unit to ensure smooth HR operations and a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Onboarding:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for positions across the Head Office and manufacturing unit, including job postings, shortlisting, interviews, and offer letters.
• Coordinate onboarding processes to ensure smooth integration of new employees.

Attendance Management and Payroll:

• Assist in maintaining the attendance management system and ensuring accurate data entry.
• Collaborate with the payroll team to provide necessary information and resolve discrepancies.

Employee Engagement:

• Organize and coordinate employee engagement activities to enhance morale and team collaboration.
• Support in planning events, workshops, and recognition programs.

Grievance Handling:

• Act as the first point of contact for employee grievances, providing timely and empathetic resolution.
• Escalate complex issues to senior HR personnel while maintaining confidentiality.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in HR functions, including recruitment and payroll.
• Familiarity with HR systems and tools for attendance and payroll management.
• Male candidate preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to handle employee concerns effectively.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
