Duties and Responsibilities
The Executive/ Senior Executive Human Resources will play a critical role in supporting the HR Manager in the end-to-end management of key HR functions, including recruitment and onboarding, training and development, employee engagement, performance management, and probation confirmation processes. The incumbent will be responsible for the implementation, execution, and monitoring of these HR processes to ensure smooth operations across the employee lifecycle.
In addition, the Executive will contribute to process improvement initiatives, policy implementation, and HR automation projects, including SAP-HR module implementation. The role will also include data-driven decision-making through HR analytics and reporting, ensuring that HR strategies align with organizational goals.
