Expertise in HR functions including recruitment, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, compliance and policy development.
Manage performance based engagement, grievance handling, exit management, etc.
Good exposure of a CRM software (Zoho, Microsoft or SAP).
Good Hands on of reports from the CRM software.
Ability to develop and deliver effective HR strategies and programs.
Driving and managing all HR initiatives/employee engagement agenda, recruitment/selection and on-boarding.
Exposure of Payroll Management.
Good Knowledge of Vendor Management.
Requirements.
Minimum of 7 years of HR management experience.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
Good Exposure of a CRM software / ERP software (SAP, Zoho or Microsoft).
