Description:

• Manage the recruitment and selection process.
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Manage attendance & Payroll on HRIS website.
• Manage vendor payments & PF ESIC payments.
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
• Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures that are automated across the organization.

Preferred candidate profile:

• 4 years of working experience as an HR executive /HR generalist. (FMCG Candidates Preferred)
• Education Qualifications- Preferred Masters degree in Business Management or similar.
• Knowledge of sourcing via multiple job portals.
• Good knowledge Indian Payroll & compliances.
