Key Responsibilities: 1. Complete recruitment cycle- posting jobs on portals, identifying and shortlisting candidates, co-conducting interviews and tests, conducting background checks, making job offers, completing joining formalities, induction, and on-boarding. 2. Maintaining complete and accurate data related to the team members. 3. Handling leaves, discipline, and security issues of the team. 4. Monthly salary computation, keeping track of leaves, lates, advances, overtime etc. 5. Team retention activities- addressing grievances, organizing training & team building programs 6. Managing housekeeping and security staff.
Requirements: 1. Minimum graduate in any field 2. Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources department 3. Proficiency in basic MS Office 4. Effective communication and interpersonal skills 5. Knowledge of India's labor laws and regulations
