Reports to: Head of Finance / CFO

Direct Reports: Accounts Payable Executive / Assistant, GL Executive

Location: Taloja, Navi Mumbai

Position Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Manager Finance to handle the overall management and supervision of the accounting department with a focus on ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of financial statements and reporting.

He will be responsible for daily bookkeeping, accounts payable and receivables, assistance with end-of-month close, audit preparation, and other related duties as assigned. This includes overseeing the work of accountants, reviewing financial statements, and preparing reports for upper management. They will also include the development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Demonstrated experience in handling the overall management and supervision of the accounting department.
• Monitoring and analysing accounting data and produce financial reports or statements
• Establishing and enforcing proper accounting methods, policies and principles
• Review financial statements, cash flow and prepare reports for upper management.
• Proven knowledge of Accounting standards, Policies and procedures
• Solid understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles
• Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and SAP
