Job Description: Guest Relations and Executive Assistant

Position Overview:
This dual role combines guest relations responsibilities with executive support duties. The ideal candidate will ensure exceptional guest experiences while providing comprehensive assistance to the executive, ensuring seamless operations and effective time management.

Key Responsibilities:

Guest Relations:

• Welcome and assist guests, ensuring a warm and professional experience.
• Address guest inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and efficiently.
• Coordinate with internal departments to meet guest needs and expectations.
• Manage guest schedules, appointments, and reservations as needed.
• Oversee the guest area to maintain a hospitable and professional environment.

Executive Assistance:

• Manage the executive's calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Handle incoming communications, prioritize tasks, and respond on behalf of the executive when required.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence.
• Organize and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
• Handle confidential information with discretion.
• Manage personal tasks for the executive, such as bill payments, healthcare appointments, and errands.
• Liaise with stakeholders, both internal and external, on behalf of the executive.
