Job Summary :
Qodequay Technologies Pvt.Ltd. is looking for an experienced Application Specialist (Systems Operations) to manage and support business applications, ensure system efficiency, and enhance operational processes.
The ideal candidate should have strong data analysis, business intelligence (BI) reporting, and troubleshooting skills while providing excellent user support and coordinating with vendors.
This role requires experience in system maintenance, process modeling, project management, and adherence to industry standards.
Key Responsibilities :
System Operations & Support :
- Provide technical and user support for business applications, ensuring seamless operations.
- Perform system maintenance, troubleshooting, and resolving application-related issues.
- Ensure data integrity, confidentiality, and compliance with company policies.
- Identify and implement process improvements for business applications.
Business Analysis & Documentation :
- Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business requirements and develop system specifications.
- Prepare detailed documentation for processes, business cases, and application configurations.
- Guide User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure smooth system rollouts.
- Conduct research on emerging technologies to enhance system capabilities.
BI & Reporting :
- Develop BI reports and dashboards, providing insights for business decisions.
- Analyze data trends and requirements to optimize reporting solutions.
- Ensure data accuracy and relevance in reports for business intelligence purposes.
Vendor & Project Coordination :
- Work closely with third-party vendors and service providers for application support and enhancements.
- Manage system upgrades, deployments, and integrations with minimal disruptions.
- Follow the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and project management best practices.
Security, Compliance & Policy Adherence :
- Ensure data security measures and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Adhere to company IT policies and best practices for risk mitigation.
- Maintain detailed logs and audit reports for tracking application performance and issues.
Skills & Qualifications :
- Technical Expertise in Microsoft technologies, BI tools, process modeling, and documentation.
- Strong Analytical & Problem-Solving skills for troubleshooting application and system issues.
- Experience in SDLC & Project Management, ensuring smooth implementation and maintenance.
- Excellent Communication & Coordination skills to collaborate with users, vendors, and teams.
- Business Acumen to analyze requirements, propose solutions, and enhance system performance.
- Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment, adapting to evolving technology trends.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience with Azure, Power BI, SQL, and enterprise applications is a plus.
- Knowledge of data privacy standards (GDPR, ISO 27001) is an advantage.
