Job Description

- We are looking for a highly skilled Principal Consultant/SME with extensive expertise in SAP technical consulting. This role focuses on designing, developing, and implementing technical solutions within SAP environments.
- Provide strategic leadership and direction for projects. Contribute to the development of the overall strategy for the consultingorganization.
- The candidate should have experience in a support role, specifically in migration to RISE with SAP S/4HANA , includes providing assistance throughout the migration process and post-migration support.
- Engage with a strategic level to understand their businessobjectives and align solutions accordingly. Act as a trusted advisor, providing insights on industry bestpractices and emerging trends.
- Lead the design and architecture of complex solutions. Ensure that the system architecture aligns with the \ long-termbusiness goals.
- Identify opportunities for business process optimization and efficiencyimprovements. Guide Nakilat in transforming their business processes.
- Oversee and ensure the quality of implementations. Conduct reviews and audits to maintain high standards.
- Establish and enforce project governance standards. Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks.
- Provide mentorship to junior and senior consultants. Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key Nakilat stakeholders. Act as the primary point of contact for strategic discussions.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with projects. Develop contingency plans to address potential challenges.
- Conduct training sessions for internal teams and Nakilat. Facilitate knowledge transfer to ensure that the Nakilats team caneffectively manage and maintain the solution.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the consultingorganization. Contribute to the development of methodologies and best practices.
- Play a key role in change management processes associated withimplementations. Guide Nakilat through organizational changes related to adoption.
- Communicate project updates, strategic insights, and recommendationsto executive-level stakeholders.
- Proficient in ABAP (Advanced Business Application Programming), whichis SAPs programming language. Develop and customize reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements,and forms (RICEF objects).
- Customize SAP applications to meet Nakilat requirements. Configure SAP modules and components based on business needs.
- Develop and execute data migration strategies to transfer data fromlegacy systems to SAP. Ensure data quality and integrity during migration processes.
- Work on integrating SAP modules with other applications and systems. Use tools such as SAP PI/PO (Process Integration/Process Orchestration)for seamless data flow.
- Develop and customize user interfaces using SAP Fiori and UI5technologies. Ensure a user-friendly and responsive design.
- Design and implement SAP workflows to automate business processes. Customize and enhance existing workflows as needed.
- Optimize the performance of SAP systems. Identify and resolve performance issues through tuning and optimization.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues in SAP systems. Provide support to end-users and address technical queries.
- Document technical specifications, configuration changes, and customdevelopments.
- Maintain comprehensive technical documentation.
- Collaborate with functional consultants, business analysts, and othertechnical teams. Work closely with SAP Basis consultants for system administration.
- Understand and work with SAP HANA, SAPs in-memory databaseplatform.
- Leverage HANA capabilities for faster data processing and analytics.
