Job Description
Experience: 6 to 10 Years Minimum Education: Bachelors Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field Certification: SAP Certified Application Professional Required Overview:
- We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Certified Senior Consultant with expertise in SAP functional, technical, techno-functional, and cloud integration solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, implementation experience, and a strategic understanding of SAP s application landscape. As a senior member of our team, you ll play a key role in leading projects, designing solutions, and ensuring seamless SAP integration to meet business requirements.
- Assisting in System Implementations:
- The candidate should have experience in a support role, specifically in migration to RISE with SAP S/4HANA, includes providing assistance throughout the migration process and post-migration support.
- Project Leadership:
- Take a leadership role in implementation projects, overseeing projectcomponents and ensuring successful delivery. Provide guidance to other team members.
- Interaction:
- Engage to understand their business processes, gatherrequirements, and provide expert advice on solutions.
- Solution Design:
- Lead the design of solutions based on needs and industry bestpractices.
- Provide input on system architecture and configuration.
- Configuration and Customization:
- Perform complex configurations and customizations of relevant modules. Ensure that the system aligns with the business requirements.
- Quality Assurance:
- Oversee and participate in testing activities, including system testing,integration testing, and user acceptance testing. Ensure the quality and integrity of the solution.
- Issue Resolution:
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to configurations orfunctionalities. Work closely with technical teams to address any system-relatedchallenges.
- Optimization and Best Practices:
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and system optimization. Stay abreast of best practices and recommend their implementation.
- Training and Mentorship:
- Provide training and mentorship to junior consultants.
- Share knowledge and best practices within the team.
- Documentation and Knowledge Management:
- Ensure comprehensive documentation of configurations, processes, andsolutions. Contribute to knowledge management initiatives within the organization.
- Change Management:
- Assist in change management processes associated withimplementations. Guide team members through changes in business processes.
- Upgrades and Migrations:
- Lead or contribute to system upgrades and migrations.
- Ensure smooth transitions and minimal disruption to business operations.
- Integration:
- Oversee the integration of modules with other systems and applications. Ensure seamless data flow and interoperability.

- SAP HANA:
