- We are looking for a Product Sales Specialist to drive sales, business development, and governance of Industrial Automation Products (Barcoding, Robotics, and Automation).
- The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the IoT/Industrial Automation industry and be skilled in communicating technical and product knowledge to customers through written, verbal, and presentation skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy & Business Growth: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and profitability for QN's hardware product portfolio.
- Product Management: Oversee the product offering, positioning, and lifecycle management across the given portfolio.
- Market & Competitive Intelligence: Maintain deep knowledge of QN products, solutions, and services, while tracking market trends and competitor strategies.
- Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, build relationships with key stakeholders, and drive revenue growth.
- Customer Engagement: Understand customer requirements and provide customized hardware solutions to Large & Mid-Enterprise customers across industry verticals.
- Opportunity Management: Conduct a thorough discovery of customer environments and lead the sales cycle from opportunity identification to closure.
- Commercial Negotiations: Lead pricing discussions, OEM collaborations, and drive order finalization.
- Funnel Management: Track and review sales funnels, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven track record in Industrial Automation, IoT, Barcoding, or Robotics sales.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of industrial automation products, market trends, and customer needs.
- Sales & Business Development Expertise: Ability to drive business growth, manage product positioning, and conduct competitive analysis.
- Communication & Negotiation Skills: Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills to influence stakeholders and close deals.
- Market Intelligence: Ability to track competitors, market trends, and customer demands effectively.
- Stakeholder Management: Ability to work cross-functionally with OEMs, internal teams, and external clients
