LabVantage LIMS Developer (4-6 yrs)

Job Title : LabVantage LIMS Developer (BioBanking Experience).

About the Role :

We are looking for a highly skilled LabVantage LIMS Developer with expertise in BioBanking to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with LabVantage LIMS version 8 and above, along with a strong background in Java, JavaScript, SQL, and Groovy.

This role requires hands-on experience in at least two end-to-end LIMS implementation or upgrade projects, ensuring compliance with Life Science GxP processes, Computer System Validation (CSV), and other regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the configuration, customization, and deployment of LabVantage LIMS for implementation, development, and enhancements.

- Identify and implement process improvements for LIMS development and maintenance.

- Create and maintain system documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

- Develop high-quality software that is intuitive, testable, and maintainable.

- Ensure code quality through constructive code reviews and adherence to best practices.

- Actively participate and lead discussions in SCRUM ceremonies within the LIMS domain.

- Work in an Agile & DevOps environment to deliver efficient and scalable solutions.

Required Skills & Experience :

- LabVantage LIMS version 8+ expertise.

- Strong programming skills in Java, JavaScript, SQL, and Groovy.

- Experience with at least two full-cycle LIMS implementations or upgrades.

- Deep understanding of Life Science GxP processes, Computer System Validation (CSV), and lab regulatory requirements.

3. BioBanking.

4. Scheduler.

5. LES Worksheet.

6. Batch Management.

7. Kit Management.

8. Reagent Management.

9. Sample Management.

12. DFD.

Preferred (Good to Have) Skills :

- Experience integrating LabVantage LIMS with other enterprise systems.

- Knowledge of automation and scripting for LIMS enhancements.

- Understanding of cloud-based LIMS implementations.
