Job Description
- Design, deploy and maintain cloud infrastructure and services on GCP
- Implement CI/CD pipelines for efficient and automated application and infrastructure deployments
- Monitor and optimize the performance of cloud based applications and infrastructure
- Troubleshoot issues across the stack including network, infrastructure and application
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure smooth integration of new applications and services into the production environment
- Implement best practices for security, scalability and observability on GCP
- Mange and optimize databases on GCP ensuring high availability and disaster recovery
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science and engineering
- Proven experience as DevOps engineer or similar role specifically with a focus on Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Strong proficiency in GCP services such as Compute Engine, Kubernetes engine, Cloud storage, Cloud source repository, Cloud Build, Cloud Deploy, Cloud SQL, Pub/Sub etc.
- Experience with infrastructure automation tools such as Terraform
- Hands on experience in containerization technologies (e.g. Docker)
- Solid understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, VPNs etc.) and security best practices on GCP
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to solve complex technical issues
- Extensive experience managing and monitoring critical production systems ensuring high availability, performance and diagnose and resolve production incidents to minimize downtime.
- Strong experience setting up full-stack monitoring solution for microservices with openTelemetry standards, defining SLO/SLAs for critical system metrics, detecting patterns and outliers in logs, instrumentation, tracing distributed transactions, sampling strategy, development of observability dashboards and custom alert rules.
- Relevant certification in GCP

Year of experience required-4+
Qualifications- B.E. / B.Tech / MCA/ M.E/ M.TECH/ MBA/ PGDM. All qualifications should be in regular full-time mode with no extension of course duration due to backlogs

Great people, great environment although this may differ from project to project and individual people behavior. Perks are very good. High cover health insurance, L&D benefits, awesome flexibility and additional self enrolled fund benefit for near and dear one (applicable on individual selection)
- Skill development - Excellent
Sometime some leadership do micro management which affects adversely to the mental health. Major dislike is initially you will get a good salary if you switch from any other company to PwC. But in appraisal expecting much may disappoint you.
